Process
Production and Harvest
Seedlings. We have a single business unit dedicated to the production of seedlings
Planting. Once ready, avocado seedlings are planted intercropped with coffee.
Harvest. Manual harvesting with ladders and scissors.
Cold Pressing
*Sorting and selecting avocados by quality and ripeness
*Skin and stone removal
*Pressing of the flesh through a high-speed decanting centrifuge separating the oil
Export
We produce and export directly from the origin working with the incoterm Exwork and FOB.
